Reports are not for emergencies. If someone needs help right now, send an SOS.
- On Home, under More, tap Report an incident.
- Choose a category: harassment, theft, break-in, assault, suspicious activity, or other.
- Describe what happened, when, and roughly where, with as much detail as you can (at least 10 characters).
- Optionally add evidence: a photo or video (JPG, PNG, HEIC, MP4 or MOV, up to 25 MB).
- Optionally switch on Include my current location.
- Tap Submit report.
How anonymous is it?
Campus security sees your report but never who sent it. The report is linked to your account in our system so you can follow its status and so we can limit abuse; that link is not shown to campus security. See the Privacy Policy.
Follow it up
Tap the clock icon on the report screen to see your reports. A report moves through Submitted, Under review, and then Resolved or Dismissed.
You can send up to five reports a day. Please keep them truthful. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
