On Home, tap Call school security. Your phone dials your institution's security number.
- This is a normal phone call. It does not create an alert and does not share your location. To send your location, send an SOS.
- The number is the one your institution has set up with us. If none is set, the app will tell you. Ask your institution's security office or contact us to add it.
- A phone call can work even when mobile data does not, so it is a good backup when an SOS cannot send.
