Aegixo only shares your location when you use a feature that needs it. It never shows where you have been in general.

| Everyday use of the app | No one. Aegixo does not track you in the background or keep a history of your movements. |
| You send an SOS or silent alarm | Your campus security team, and Pavictek's response staff if they assist. Updates continue until the alert ends. |
| You run a Walk with me | The friends you invited, after they accept, until the walk ends. |
| You open Nearby emergency services | Nobody sees it as a person. Your coordinates go to OpenStreetMap to look up what is nearby. |
| You attach location to an incident report | Campus security sees the location, but not who you are. |
- Security staff at another institution can never see your alerts.
- Every time Pavictek staff open an alert, it is recorded in an audit log.
