The dashboard
Sign in at app.aegixo.com. The Live alerts page lists every alert from your institution with a live map, and shows how many are active right now.
- When a new SOS arrives, a detail pop-up opens on top of whatever you are doing, and a chime plays.
- The list also loads alerts that already exist when you sign in or refresh, so you never start from a blank screen.
- Pending alerts are outlined in red so they stand out.
Keep the dashboard open on the security desk. Today, the dashboard (with sound on) is how alerts reach you. Push notifications to responders' phones are planned; see the roadmap.
The Aegixo Responder app
An Aegixo Responder app for officers' phones is in development (see the roadmap). Until it is released, use the dashboard.
What your team needs
- A screen at the security desk with the dashboard open and speakers on.
- A phone or computer with internet for responders on the move.
- Your institution's security phone number, so students can call you from the app.
