An Aegixo subscription lasts one year. When it ends, features that need a subscription, including sending an SOS, pause until you renew. Your account, contacts and history are kept.
- Open Subscription from Home. It shows "Subscription inactive".
- Tap to pay. See Pay for your subscription.
- Your access returns as soon as the payment is confirmed.
In an emergency before you renew, do not wait for Aegixo. Call campus security or the emergency services directly.
It is worth renewing a few days early so you are never without cover. Nothing renews automatically.
