To delete your account, email us. You do not need to give a reason.
- Write to hello@aegixo.com with the subject "Data request" and say you want your account deleted.
- Write from the email address on your account, or include your registered phone number, so we can confirm it is you.
- We will confirm and then delete or de-identify your personal data.
We may need to keep limited records, such as payment references, where the law requires it. Everything we keep, and for how long, is listed on Data retention & your rights.
If you only want to stop using Aegixo, you can simply stop. Nothing renews automatically.
